Lindmark Companies seeks a General Manager to lead market operations, revenue growth, and strategic initiatives across Business Development, Real Estate, and Operations. You will manage a book of business, drive EBITDA, and foster a high-performance team culture.
The GM will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure execution of market objectives, maintain customer and landlord relationships, and travel as needed to support company growth.
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall leadership, operational execution, and financial performance of an assigned market. This position provides strategic direction and oversight for Business Development, Real Estate, and Operations while driving revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and new build initiatives.
The GM serves as the primary market leader and is accountable for achieving established financial and operational objectives, developing high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires close partnership and coordination with all Lindmark Companies departments, including Accounting, Ink, Steel, Graphic Arts, Human Resources, Legal, and Corporate Leadership, to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives and market objectives.
In addition to leadership responsibilities, the GM maintains an active book of business and key customer relationships.
This work environment is an office-like setting with moderate noise.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of leadership experience, preferably in OOH, media, real estate, or related industries.
Proven success managing P&L or driving EBITDA growth.
Experience in business development, sales leadership, or revenue generation.
Experience in real estate, leasing or property development.
