Sodexo Live! is seeking a General Manager for our American Express Centurion Lounge in Atlanta, Ga. Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure.

Have a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization; 2-3 years experience at the GM or Director level with a recognized concept or company

Step into a dynamic leadership role where you'll oversee multiple service lines, drive operational excellence, and lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional client and guest experiences. You'll serve as the strategic point of contact for our clients, ensuring all service standards are met while championing team development, financial performance, and continuous improvement.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $127585 per year - $165110 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
