Sodexo Live! is seeking a General Manager for our Alaska Airlines lounge at Seatac International Airport in Seattle, WA. Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure.

As the GM of the Alaska Airlines Lounge, you will have responsibility for daily operations and service staff including food and beverage operations managers, supervisors, bartenders and appearance care for this lounge.

About The Job

Take charge of a vibrant, fast-paced environment where you’ll oversee daily operations, lead service excellence, and drive team performance across multiple service areas. This role is your opportunity to build strong client partnerships, inspire your team, and make a measurable impact on guest satisfaction and financial outcomes.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $89250 per year - $115500 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
