Job summary

RNR Tire Express is seeking a driven General Manager/Automotive to lead a busy Myrtle Beach store. You will oversee daily operations, set goals, coach a team of 8–12, and drive profitability while maintaining our family atmosphere.

During training you will earn $50,000-$70,000; after training you can earn $80,000-$130,000 with bonuses. The position includes medical, dental, vision, disability, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, and a sign-on bonus of $3,000.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

After training, you will make up to $80,000 - $130,000 with our bonuses. You are directly responsible for the overall direction, motivation, coordination, and evaluation of your store.
