Minimum Requirements
  • Must be ServSafe certified.
  • Technology Skills including but not limited to: POS back office, MS Word, Excel, Scanning
  • Proficient in food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and demonstrated 2+ years of fast food restaurant General Manager experience.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to safely perform essential job functions, including meeting productivity standards.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear. Frequently required to use hands for motions, handle objects, reach with arms and hands.
  • Ability to maintain balance to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 10 hours, in environments with hazards such as slippery floors and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions such as walking, bending, reaching, and button pushing for up to 10 hours a day.
  • Must be able to work in high-stress, high-temperature environments for up to 10 hours daily.

Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 annually
