Cafe Zupas in Minnesota is hiring a General Manager (Operating Partner) with a remarkable yearly European incentive for two, and a schedule that includes no Sundays and no late nights. The role offers a competitive $70,000–$125,000 per year, plus a $25,000 average bonus and 401(k) benefits.

You will lead day-to-day restaurant operations, develop the team, and uphold Cafe Zupas' culture of real food and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience.
• Detail-oriented, growth-minded, and a self-starter.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Develop team members by providing direction and feedback
• Implement Café Zupas behaviors that lead to a successful restaurant
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
• Form authentic relationships with guests
• Coordinate the team to run happy and well-organized shifts
• Partner with District Mentors to achieve larger company initiatives
