Job summary

Jacobsen|Daniels (J|D) seeks a General Manager for a Terminal Consortium to oversee shared aeronautical equipment and services at major airports. You will manage contracts, lead consortium budgets, and negotiate with commercial carriers and stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient daily operations.

The role requires extensive aviation leadership, experience with FAA Part 139 environment, and strong communications.

Qualifications

  • Senior leadership role in aviation operations
  • Experience managing contracts, budgets and stakeholders
  • FAA Part 139 familiarity or equivalent
  • Spanish language ability desired
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee terminal management including operations, maintenance, finance and HR functions
  • Manage and review contracts, budgets, and service level agreements
  • Interface with DHS, TSA, FAA and other authorities to ensure compliance
  • Lead cross-functional teams and liaison with airports, airlines and tenants
