  • This role is part of the Hubs & Gateways Team within the Customer Experience Division.
  • Responsible for managing operations, optimizing the business, leading the team, and building relationships with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily airport operations to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency for passengers and stakeholders.
  • Assess and allocate resources to optimize station performance.
  • Monitor, review, and report on station performance metrics.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders through collaboration and inclusiveness.
  • Coordinate with airport authorities and government agencies to represent organizational priorities.
  • Manage scheduled, unscheduled, and charter flight operations to meet performance goals.
  • Serve as liaison between the company and external organizations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in a dynamic environment.
  • Oversee budget management and financial administration.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service in a safe and professional manner.
  • Handle employee management tasks including hiring, performance reviews, training, and career development.
  • Maintain safety and security standards.
  • Partner with vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with audits, regulations, and ethical standards.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in airline operations or relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4 years in supervisory or management roles.
  • Experience managing operational budgets.
Skills & Certifications
  • Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.

  • Ability to pass security and background checks, including FAA and airport security requirements.
