Job summary

Twenty Four Seven Hotels is seeking an experienced General Manager for TownePlace Suites by Marriott Sacramento Cal Expo to lead the property to brand standards and owner expectations. You will be responsible for service quality, revenue management, and operating profitability.

The role requires a track record of 5+ years as GM in premium-branded hotels, strong leadership, and the ability to develop annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts to maximize investor returns.

Qualifications

• Experience as a General Manager in a like-sized property (5+ years).
• Experience at a premium-branded hotel; IHG preferred.
• Knowledge of local competition and industry trends.
• Strong leadership and professional image.
• Excellent decision making and analytical skills.
• Able to multi-task daily and work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service to guests and associates alike
• Identify operational performance, productivity and efficiency gaps and implement measures to correct deficiencies
• Must be able to prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to include forecasting, labor control and revenue reports
• Develop the annual business plan and budget
• Have thorough understanding of revenue management
• Must be highly focused on Sales at the hotel on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Monitor and execute the daily, weekly, monthly sales action steps as outlined in the marketing plan and lead the sales team to high levels of revenue generation
• Have a thorough knowledge of necessary cost controls and procedures to maximize monthly and annual profits
• Protects the hotel and its assets through enforcing and maintaining a preventative maintenance program

Our TownePlace Suites by Marriott Sacramento Cal Expo is currently seeking an experienced hospitality professional to serve as General Manager and led the property to brand standards and Owner expectations. Position Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service to guests and associates alike

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
