Sodexo's Campus Segment is seeking a General Manager 4 – Food for Franklin Pierce University, located in Rindge, New Hampshire.

Franklin Pierce is a small, private, non-profit, accredited university with an enrollment of approximately 1,400 students. The campus overlooks scenic Pearly Pond and is just a few miles from Mount Monadnock. Known for its close-knit community and innovative academic programs, the university fosters a unique and meaningful college experience.

What You'll Do
  • Provide overall leadership and oversight of daily food operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals and service

  • Drive financial performance by meeting company and client targets, including oversight of POS systems and cash handling

  • Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and service excellence

  • Lead, coach, and mentor frontline (hourly) staff to create a motivated and efficient team

  • Ensure compliance with Sodexo's safety and quality standards, including food and physical safety programs

  • Experience managing and developing hourly staff, with a focus on coaching, training, and team-building
