Sodexo is seeking a strategic and experienced General Manager 5 - Food to lead all aspects of food and nutrition operations at AtlantiCare Mainland Medical Center in Pomona, NJ. This role will oversee retail operations, patient dining services, and culinary production, ensuring high quality service, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Deliver high quality food services including retail, catering, and patient meal management operations
  • Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • Develop and maintain client and customer relationships (i.e., comfortable in c-suite settings where communication skills are imperative when serving as top-level site management)
  • Develop strategic plans
  • Ensure HACCP, regulatory, and standards compliance
  • Ensure Sodexo standards are met

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Management Experience – 5 years. Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years.
