The General Manager 4-Food position is located at Humboldt Park Health in Chicago, IL.

Sodexo provides a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Employees at our healthcare sites play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and well-being.

What You'll Do
  1. Oversee day-to-day operations;
  2. Manage Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding, including service recovery;
  3. Collaborate with clinical, food service, and interdisciplinary teams to improve the patient experience;
  4. Manage cash handling protocols and control procedures according to Sodexo policies;
  5. Mentor, develop, and retain managers and frontline staff;
  6. Develop and maintain client and customer relationships.
