Sodexo is seeking an innovative Food Services General Manager 3 (Food Service Director) for Montana Tech in Butte, MT. Butte is one of Montana's most iconic cities, known for its rich history, beautiful architecture, and some of the friendliest people you will find in the state. Montana Tech offers new facilities and renovated dining areas.

The best qualified General Manager will have a proven track record of managing a high-volume residential dining program with multiple food retail concepts and high-end/high-volume catering.

What You'll Do

Are You the Candidate We are Looking for? The successful candidate will:

  • Have oversight of all Campus Dining programs including Student Dining, Food Retail, and Catering.
  • Through strong leadership, manage multiple managers and ensure accountability of training employees to deliver a high level of service and maintain Sodexo standards.
  • Develop and maintain client and customer relationships.
  • Develop strategic plans.

What You Bring

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have 2 - 4 years of management experience in high-volume dining operations, such as campus, hospitals, corporate accounts, etc., and knowledge of contract management.
  • Have a strong history of demonstrating employee engagement and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and have a passion for a high level of customer service.
  • Have working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS), The Market Connection (TMC), or proficiency in computer skills and report management experience.
