Sodexo is hiring a Conference Services General Manager to lead a brand-new corporate innovation campus in Pleasanton, CA. You’ll oversee event intake, room setup, and reservations across a 250-seat auditorium and 30 conference spaces, while managing a lobby coffee bar and catering vendor partnerships.

You’ll drive operational excellence, lead high-performing teams, and act as the strategic client contact to ensure service standards, financial performance, and continuous improvement are achieved.

You’ll own event intake, room setup, and reservations across a 250-seat auditorium and 30 conference spaces, manage a lobby coffee bar and catering vendor, and partner closely with the facilities team.

Step into a dynamic leadership role where you’ll oversee multiple service lines, drive operational excellence, and lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional client and guest experiences. You’ll serve as the strategic point of contact for our clients, ensuring all service standards are met while championing team development, financial performance, and continuous improvement.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $120190 per year - $155540 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
