Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail service management experience (KPIs, budgeting)
• Strong English communication (written and verbal)
• Ability to use computers, online tools, and documentation systems
• Ability to stand long periods; lift 50+ lbs.; bend, reach, crawl, climb stairs
• Comfortable in enclosed or semi-outdoor work environments

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store while maintaining a clean, organized, professional workspace
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members – including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions

• Complete paperwork for sales, cash receipts, and employee records
• Monitor inventory, prevent shrinkage, and manage supply orders efficiently
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns
• Assist with automotive maintenance services and operate various vehicle types
• Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA and environmental compliance
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the District Manager

Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) / Jiffy Lube is seeking an energetic, people‑focused General Manager to lead a fast‑paced automotive service center. If you're a strong communicator, team builder, and operational leader, this role is for you!

Position: General Manager

The General Manager oversees daily operations for a single automotive service center, ensuring smooth execution, exceptional customer experience, team development, and overall profitability – all while upholding PVA and Jiffy Lube standards.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, customer‑driven environment.

What You'll Do (High‑Impact Responsibilities)
