Job summary

Flos Collection MI LLC seeks a General Manager for our Pizzeria in Grand Rapids. This is a full-time, hourly position reporting to the Operations Specialist.

The GM will lead daily restaurant operations, hire and develop staff, and ensure hospitality excellence in our community. Key requirements include being at least 18, demonstrated leadership with coaching and motivating teams, strong problem-solving and mediation, basic math skills, and proficiency with the POS system.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to set goals and achieve them.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, directing and motivating staff.
• Effective problem-solving and mediation skills.
• Experience managing and supervising a restaurant staff.
• Proficiency with POS systems and strong basic math skills.
