• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results – Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
• Recruit, Develop, and Retain staff team members
• Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety
• Provide Best in Class Customer Service
• Increase Sales and Profit Potential

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
