Responsible for all results in assigned stores.
Ensuring food, labor, and service goals are within target.
Conduct P&L review with direct supervisor each month.
Work a minimum of 50 hours per week, with 1 day off and 1 on-call day.
Ensure all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza Standards.
Ensure all stores are adequately staffed and all team members are trained.
Maintain repair and maintenance in all stores.
Implement new products or ideas seamlessly.
Ensure all stores operate at a minimum 4-star level.
Perform self OERs in the first week of each period and make necessary corrections.
Complete evaluations and raises as needed, notify the appropriate personnel.
Follow up on all assignments and ensure reports and paperwork are submitted timely.
Ensure all store-level reports and paperwork are complete and accurate.
Maintain knowledge of all product and operational standards.
Follow all safety and security procedures; ensure equipment is in working order.
Maintain store budgets.
Prepare and deliver all school lunches within required standards.
Provide accurate accountability and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure all equipment is available and used correctly.
Perform inventory checks in each store monthly.
Utilize system checklists and visit logs consistently.
