Job Requirements and Duties

You are responsible for all activities during your shift, including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. You must set a positive example, adhere to all policies and procedures 100%, and expect the same from your team.

Additional responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, maintaining a perfect image and standards, delivering excellent customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Qualifications

General duties for all store team members include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing orders, inventory management, and daily cleaning.

Training is provided on the job, and effective communication skills are essential, including understanding written instructions and verbal communication with customers and coworkers.

Essential skills include basic math, making correct change, processing orders, and entering data into a computer or touchscreen.

Work Conditions

Exposure to varying weather, temperature fluctuations, food odors, dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, and mechanical parts.

Sensing

Ability to talk and hear on the phone, see at various distances, perceive depth, and differentiate surface temperatures.
