Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single store. The role provides overall leadership, supervision, and accountability for profitability, food safety, and an inclusive, engaged workplace environment.

You will drive operational excellence, lead a diverse team, recruit and develop staff, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates have at least one year of GM experience in a service environment, strong cost management

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.
