Domino's Pizza in Spring, TX seeks a General Manager to lead a single store’s daily operations, ensuring food safety, profitability and an engaging work culture. You will drive performance through solid leadership, training and customer focus.

You will oversee operations, manage costs, recruit and develop staff, and ensure excellent service. A valid driverers license is preferred; 18+ and experience in fast-paced environments are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of GM experience in fast-paced service.
• Understand operations procedures and cost management.
• Experience recruiting, retaining and developing staff.
• Lead team and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Operate and troubleshoot POS and related tech.

General Managers provide overall leadership and supervision over operations, and are accountable for achieving operational standards, food safety, profitability, and creating an inclusive and engaged environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred
