Job summary

Lead Dog Pizza INC is a franchise partner of Domino's Pizza seeking a General Manager ready to lead the restaurant team in a fast-paced, fun environment. You will be responsible for all operations, coaching staff, and ensuring top customer service while meeting company goals.

Key duties include scheduling, ordering, training, hiring, and maintaining cost, inventory, and cash controls. A profit-share bonus is awarded based on performance and cost controls.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Must be able to work weekend nights.

Job Requirements & Duties

You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. You will be in charge of making schedules, ordering product, training team members and hiring. A profit share bonus is awarded to GM's based off controlling costs within goals.
