Job summary

Lead Dog Pizza INC in South Carolina is hiring a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, control costs, train staff, and ensure superb customer service. You will schedule, hire, and manage a team while aligning with company policies to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years or older
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience
• Must be able to work weekend nights

• You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• You will be in charge of making schedules, ordering product, training team members and hiring. A profit share bonus is awarded to GMs based on controlling costs within goals.
