Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single Orlando store, providing leadership and supervision and driving profitability while upholding food safety standards.

You will recruit, develop and retain a team, manage costs, and ensure high standards of customer service and safety. This role offers strong training, career growth, and bonus eligibility within a fast-paced brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year GM experience in fast-paced service environment.
• Understand basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
