Job summary

Team Joarder, an independent Domino's franchisee in New Jersey, is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the team, ensure customer service, food quality, and efficient delivery. This role handles staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance while upholding company standards.

This position offers weekly pay of $1,000–$1,100, a profit bonus, health insurance eligibility, paid vacation, and opportunities to advance into multi-store leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay: $1,000-$1,100 per week (salary), plus a period profit bonus that includes cost control and service incentives, plus separate bonuses for high inspection scores from NSF and Domino's.
• Benefits: Full-time management team members are eligible for co-pay health insurance. General Managers get 1 week of paid vacation per year.
• Training and opportunities to advance into multi-store leadership and operations roles.
