Domino's in Clementon, NJ is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service, food quality, and efficient delivery. You will staff, train, schedule, manage inventory, and drive financial performance while upholding company standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and assistant managers.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay: $1,000–$1,100 per week (salary), plus a period profit bonus that includes cost control and service incentives, plus separate bonuses for high inspection scores from NSF and Domino's.
• Benefits: Full-time management team members are eligible for co-pay health insurance. General Managers get 1 week of paid vacation per year.
• Training and opportunities to advance into multi-store leadership and operations roles.
