Responsibilities

• All cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from crew.
• Staffing and scheduling.
• Paperwork and record keeping.
• Food management and preparation.
• Adherence to standards, perfect image, and store cleanliness.
• Great customer service and attendance & punctuality.
• Transportation to/from work.
• Marketing and profitability.

General Job Duties

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

Essential Functions / Skills

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements.
• Ability to enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for the majority of the shift.
• Walk short distances and lift up to 50 pounds using hand truck.
• Move trays and supplies, carrying up to 12 pounds per tray.
• Push or pull dollies, exerting up to 7.5 pounds of force.
• Navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance.
• Stoop, bend forward, and crouch/squat as needed.
• Reach up, down, and forward continuously.
• Use hands continuously with frequent eye‑hand coordination.
• Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
