Job Requirements and Duties

You will be responsible for all activities during your shift, including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. Additional responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, food management, maintaining store standards, providing excellent customer service, attendance, transportation, cleanliness, marketing, and ensuring profitability.

Orientation and on-the-job training are provided. Good communication skills, basic math skills, and the ability to handle equipment and technology are essential.

Additional Information

We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals eager to grow with us. Managers oversee store operations, including inventory, ordering, labor management, scheduling, food prep, cash handling, training, and customer service. The role offers a full-time schedule with a salary range of $52,000 to $80,000 per year, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. Shifts vary from 8 to 12 hours, including day and night shifts.

Applicants must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Berlin, NH (03249) before starting work. This is an in-person position.
