Domino's Pizza in Tampa is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, coach the team, and uphold service standards and product quality.

You will oversee shift execution, cost controls, inventory, cash handling and customer relations, with training through our Management Development Program. Advancement paths to ownership through franchise opportunities may be available.

Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business! Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.

• Great Pay! Our assistant managers are paid a a industry competitive salary. In addition, assistant managers are eligible to earn performance based wage increases and sometimes incentives based on the profitability of their stores, as well as the store's overall performance.
• Qualified management applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Some management experience is a plus. The ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment and be able to handle multiple tasks at once is required.
