In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility's operations, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a high-performing organizational culture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional decision‑making abilities, strong financial acumen, and the capacity to motivate and develop a diverse team toward achieving organizational objectives.

• Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and drive business growth and profitability
• Oversee all operational functions, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead, mentor, and develop management and staff teams, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement
• Manage P&L responsibilities, analyze financial performance, and implement cost‑control measures while maintaining service quality
• Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards across all departments
