Job Requirements and Duties

• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set a strong example and enforce policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Expect the same from your crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, image and standards, customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, cleanliness, marketing and profitability.

General Job Duties For All Store Team Members

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

Essential Functions / Skills

• Perform accurate arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Make correct monetary change.

• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings and private homes while carrying product.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying items up to 30 lbs, pushing or pulling trays, climbing stairs, stooping and bending throughout the shift.
• Handle hot surfaces and tools up to 500°F.
• Operate in varying temperatures from 36°F to 90°F.

Driving Requirements

• Deliver pizzas and marketing materials within a designated delivery area.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe record and access to an insured vehicle.
