Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Mountain Top, PA to lead daily operations, deliver great guest service, and drive financial results for a franchise location.

You will hire and develop Team Members and Shift Leads, schedule staff, manage the restaurant budget, and coach the team to meet performance standards. Franchisee-owned, wage/benefits vary by franchisee.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a restaurant or similar operations.
