Job summary

TACO BELL in Scranton is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations at our Davis Street location. You will recruit and develop the team, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold brand standards.

You’ll oversee hiring, training plans for new hires and shifts, schedule effectively, and manage the restaurant budget and financial plans to deliver guest satisfaction and solid financial results. This role offers opportunities for career growth within the franchise network and a benefits

You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience. You-re also responsible for scheduling and deploying the Team correctly, addressing performance issues, and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.
