Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and capable General Manager to join our team. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the operation and programming of our facility. The General Manager creates a fun, safe, and structured environment for our patrons. You will also hire, manage, and train staff, develop marketing strategies, and ensure the facility runs smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests, welcome them to the facility, and provide demonstrations of our golf simulators
  • Respond to inquiries regarding programs and offerings (golfing, lessons, parties, and events)
  • Manage staff, offer ongoing training, and lead regular staff meetings
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure processes and procedures are followed consistently
  • Create or approve staff schedules
  • Manage inventory levels and ordering
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food and beverage
Qualifications
