Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews in Wichita, KS is seeking an experienced operations leader to maintain a fun atmosphere for employees and guests. You will coach and develop the management team daily, oversee guest services, and drive weekly budgets while maintaining high food quality and presentation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a similar role, strong leadership, and the ability to set and achieve goals.
