Job summary

Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews is seeking a Restaurant Manager to maintain a fun, upbeat atmosphere for guests and employees. You will coach and develop the management team daily, oversee weekly budgets, and ensure alignment with company standards and policies.

Lead a team of 50+ staff, manage guest services, and supervise daily operations while ensuring health, safety, and presentation standards are met. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

• 3+ years in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills.
