You will be responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience. Key responsibilities include hiring and developing employees, conducting new hire orientations, executing training plans, scheduling and deploying staff, addressing performance issues, resolving customer concerns, and managing the restaurant's budget and financial plans.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
  • Availability to work a 50-hour week
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong business math and accounting skills, with analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for 80% of shift
  • Competitive spirit and passion for excellence
