Requirements

• Run a profitable restaurant and keep it meeting McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, setting their own goals, tracking progress, and coaching them to improve their departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future team.
• Have prior experience as a General Manager at high‑volume quick‑service restaurants (or strong hospitality, retail background). Minimum age 18 years.
