Responsibilities and Qualifications

Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Work with a leader to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction.
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the right team for the future.
Have previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
A background in quick‑service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
Be 18 years or older to serve as a manager in corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
