Amaro’s Table is opening a flagship East Vancouver location and seeks a General Manager who leads with heart and hands-on leadership. You will guide a guest‑focused team, build culture, and drive operations across front and back of house from day one.

We value a seasoned GM with a hospitality mindset, team development skills, and the ability to balance a scratch kitchen with a dynamic bar and dining room. Growth, mentorship, and long‑term success await.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant leadership experience, including at least 2 years as GM in a full‑service, guest‑focused environment.
• Proven ability to balance a scratch kitchen, busy dining room, and high‑performing bar.
• Strong leadership, guest-centric hospitality, and team development.
• Experience managing budgets, labor, inventory, and financial performance.
• Commitment to safety, health, and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with hospitality, teamwork and efficiency.
• Build and maintain a positive culture reflecting Amaro’s Table.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members for long‑term growth.
• Collaborate with management to ensure high-quality food and beverage execution.
