Job summary

Round Table Pizza is seeking a General Manager to lead our California restaurant in Vacaville. You will oversee operations, develop your team, and drive profitability while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

You will recruit and train staff, manage budgets and inventory, and uphold health and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and availability for nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of general management experience preferred.
• Previous restaurant management experience required (fast-casual or pizza experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and team development skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities are required.
• Experience managing budgets, labor, and inventory.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends as needed.
• ServSafe Certification is a plus.
