General Manager will lead a hospitality operations team delivering high-quality guest experiences through food, beverage, and premium services. Reporting to a regional leadership role, the General Manager will serve as the strategic and hands‑on leader focused on operational excellence, innovation, and community engagement, while maximizing revenue and controlling expenses. Primary priorities include ensuring strong adherence to quality, service, timeliness, safety, security, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.

In this role, the General Manager will plan, prepare, and oversee events and activities based on anticipated guest attendance and client expectations. They will provide direct management and oversight to support dining experiences that meet or exceed guest expectations, coordinating day‑to‑day operations to maintain consistent service delivery across event demands.
