The successful applicant will have proven General Manager experience with full business accountability, along with a track record in commercial development, market expansion, and P&L management. You should be a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader comfortable in a mid-sized manufacturing environment, with strong people leadership and organizational development skills, and experience in industrial B2B environments (ideally in industrial packaging or adjacent fields), including a willingness to be based at the production site during the week.
