Job summary

Desert Hospitality Management in Tucson is seeking a General Manager to lead all hotel operations, ensuring Hyatt brand standards and DHM policies while delivering exceptional guest experiences and financial performance.

The GM will oversee Rooms, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Sales, Revenue Management, Finance, Human Resources, and more; develop leaders, improve guest satisfaction, and protect assets, reporting to ownership and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 8–10+ years progressive hotel leadership.
• Previous General Manager experience in a Hyatt Regency or comparable full-service upscale hotel preferred.
• Strong financial acumen, budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and labor management skills.
