Hospitality America, INC. is seeking a dynamic General Manager for the Hampton Inn Ft Lauderdale-West/Pembroke Pines hotel. Lead two property teams, drive guest satisfaction, and foster community partnerships to grow brand presence and revenue.

You will leverage leadership, sales acumen, and strategic thinking to create an exceptional guest experience and a thriving hotel culture. This role emphasizes growth, coaching, and operational excellence.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and community-centric General Manager for our

Hampton Inn Ft Lauderdale-West/Pembroke Pines hotel. We are in search of someone with an outgoing personality, a flair for creativity, and a strategic mindset to lead our hotel teams.
