Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment seeks a General Manager who will own the guest experience, lead the team, manage financials, and shape the center's culture. You will oversee bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events, while driving sales and fostering hospitality from the floor.

You will build and develop leaders across departments, ensure accountability, and maintain peak performance during busy periods. The role requires flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership in a high-volume, guest-focused venue (entertainment/hospitality)
• Proven record of driving sales growth and hitting financial targets
• Full P&L fluency including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization
• Track record of building leadership teams from the ground up
• Visible, floor-first leadership presence during peak periods
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
