This role oversees store sales, service quality, customer satisfaction and profit margins, creates staff schedules, places orders, staffs the team and leads training. You’ll be accountable for the overall operation while setting a high-energy example.

Jersey Mike's Subs is coming to Tiffin, OH this FALL! We’re seeking an energetic, dedicated, and hardworking General Manager who is ready to lead, make an impact, and contribute to our positive and growing culture. If you love great food and great service we want to hear from you!

General Managers are responsible for the complete and total management of a Jersey Mike’s store/operation, including:

Store Sales
Quality of Service
Customer Satisfaction
Profit Margin
Create employee schedules
Place inventory orders
Responsible for staffing
Lead employee training
Lead by example

Specific tasks may be delegated to other individuals as appropriate, but ultimate responsibility rests with the General Manager

What We’re Looking For:
