What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of Rotolo's Pizzeria, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Work closely with the Front of House Manager and Kitchen Manager to lead the team and maintain consistent service and food quality
• Hire, train, and support team members across all areas
• Manage labor and food costs, inventory, and staff scheduling
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and compliant environment
• Support local marketing efforts and community engagement
• Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (pizzeria or casual dining preferred)
• Leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team
• Ability to work collaboratively with other managers while maintaining high standards
