Job summary

Burger King Texarkana is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who can lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

As RGM you’ll manage operations from opening to closing, coach staff, control labor and costs, ensure safety and sanitation, and maintain a fun, high-performance culture.

• Previous restaurant management experience (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A natural leader who knows how to motivate and energize a team.
• Great communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure.
