Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Business Lead all aspects of restaurant operations - from opening to closing - ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable shifts.
• Build & Inspire a Rockstar Team Recruit, train, and coach team members to deliver quality service with energy and pride. Foster a positive, high-performance culture where people want to work.
